Submit all the requisite documents to the insurance company for processing the claim. Please note that that the below mentioned documents is not exhaustive and you may be required to send other documents as required by the insurers

  • 1 : Claim form duly filled
  • 2 : Doctor's report
  • 3 : Discharge papers
  • 4 : Prescriptions
  • 5 : Original Bills
  • 6 : Payment receipts
  • 7 : Investigation reports
  • 8 : Passport Copy
  • 9 : Visa Copy with entry and exit stamp
  • 10 : Cancelled cheque

Obtain all the requisite documents to the insurance company for processing the claim. Please note that that the below mentioned documents is not exhaustive and you may be required to send other documents as required by the insurer

  • 1 : Claim form duly filled
  • 2 : Passport copy with entry and exit stamp
  • 3 : Boarding pass, tickets & baggage tags
  • 4 : Copy of correspondence with airline authorities for the delay
  • 5 : Property Irregularity report from the airline authorities stating the reason for delay
  • 6 : Original bills/invoices and payment receipts for purchase of emergency items
  • 7 : Details of compensation received from the airline authorities
  • 8 : Cancelled cheque

Step-2 :
Submit all the documents to the insurer

Submit all the documents to the insurer as early as possible. Most insurers have a deadline to lodge a claim but its best to confirm with the insurer and act promptly

Inform the airline authorities and lodge a complaint. Obtain a PIR report from the airline authorities

Submit all the documents to the insurer

Submit all the requisite documents to the insurance company for processing the claim. Please note that that the below mentioned documents is not exhaustive and you may be required to send other documents as required by the insurer

  • 1 : Claim form duly filled
  • 2 : Passport copy with entry and exit stamp

  • 5 : Property Irregularity report from the airline authorities stating the reason for delay
  • 6 : Proof of ownership of items in the baggage
  • 7 : Details of compensation received from the airline authorities
  • 8 : Cancelled cheque

Lodge a complaint with the local police as soon as possible and contact the insurer to lodge a claim for the loss due to theft/robbery

Step-2 :
Submit all the documents to the insurer

Submit all the requisite documents to the insurance company for processing the claim. Please note that that the below mentioned documents is not exhaustive and you may be required to send other documents as required by the insurer

  • 1 : Claim form duly filled
  • 2 : Written statement mentioning the nature of loss and the circumstances
  • 3 : Copy of report to the local police authorities
  • 4 : Copy of passport with visa entry stamp
  • 5 : Cancelled cheque

If the delay is beyond 6 hours inform the airline authorities and lodge a complaint. Obtain a PIR report from the airline authorities
